Maerita’s heart of a worshiper is communicated in the music she writes. Peace of Jerusalem is the title of her first album. During the recording of the project, the musicians and backup singers reported that they felt the peace and presence of God in the studio. It is anointed music—a fresh wave of worship for the new millennium.
Maerita is skilled in American Sign Language and loves to sign music.  The anointing that fills the room is amazing!

     "Music from God's heaven has an extraordinary way of calming the beast within. King Saul was given peace as David played his anointed music. I never fully understood why...until now.

     For me, the beast within was Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  It came about while on a missionary journey to Northern Africa. And it lasted for six very long years. My story is a long one, but the fact remains the same as it did with King Saul; music has an unusual way of healing the souls of men.

     In short, I would like to publicly thank Maerita for writing, composing and producing one of the most anointed pieces of music I have ever had the pleasure of hearing. I can not properly find the words to express my gratitude to her for paying the price that only she could pay to write such anointed messages of great peace. Her CD touched the deepest part of my soul in the summer of 2001 and began to calm the beast within. I continued to listen to her CD on a regular basis and one year later was completly healed of this illness.
